In a world where screens dominate, our eyes have never been more overworked — and yet, our tools for vision therapy have largely remained manual and inaccessible. That’s about to change.
I'm thrilled to announce that we are building something great — a suite of digital vision therapy and testing tools, starting with an immersive, browser-based Optokinetic Drum and a dynamic Vergence Trainer. These aren’t just digital replicas of traditional tools — they’re smarter, customizable, and accessible anywhere.
Many patients suffer from binocular vision disorders, poor vergence control, and eye movement dysfunctions — yet many clinics either can’t afford traditional tools or find them too limited. Our tools aim to fix that.
We are creating:
Digital Exercises – including Jump Vergence, Fusion Training, and more
Clinician-Driven Tests – such as the Optokinetic Nystagmus (OKN) drum, adapted for fullscreen interactive evaluation
Tracking & Logging – with performance data stored automatically for clinician review
Customizable Parameters – so that each session can be tailored to the patient’s needs
All built on modern web tech — meaning no installations, no specialized hardware — just open a browser and begin.
We just released a teaser showing our vergence trainer and Digital OKN Drum on social media — a fully interactive tool that simulates the traditional rotating drum used in assessing neurological and oculomotor responses. It runs smoothly on modern browsers and allows clinicians to adjust:
Rotation direction
Speed (°/sec)
Stripe density and contrast

What’s Next?
This is just the beginning. We’re currently working on:
Jump Vergence Exercises with alternating near/far targets
A Clinician Dashboard for test control and assignment
Patient Portals for guided, at-home therapy
Smart session logging for progress review and research.
Eventually, we aim to integrate AI-based analysis, gamification, and remote monitoring — putting powerful tools in the hands of both professionals and patients across the globe.
This project isn’t just about innovation — it’s about access. We are proudly developing this vision therapy platform from Uganda, aiming to solve problems we’ve experienced firsthand: limited tools, high costs, and poor patient engagement.
Whether you're a clinician, educator, researcher, or simply curious — we invite you to follow our journey and be part of this evolution in eye care.
